In order to participate in one of the project’s research interviews, you will need to:

1. identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender,  Queer or non-binary. 

2. be 18 years or older

3. work or have recently worked for a company or organisation that has sponsored a Pride event or had a presence in a Pride parade.

That’s it!

• It doesn’t matter in what capacity you work for the company in question.

• It doesn’t matter if you are out at work

• It doesn’t matter if you’ve never participated in Pride in any capacity. 

• This research is 100% confidential. Your name and role, together with the company you work for will never be revealed. 

A word on allies

This project respects the important work that non-LGBTQ allies undertake supporting their LGBTQ colleagues and the broader LGBTQ community. However, this study focuses specifically on the experiences of LGBTQ-identifying individuals and therefore we ask that allies do not apply to participate to be interviewed.
